MADNESS MUSIC MONDAY

Soft, loud, please the crowd,
Makin' music on a cloud,
Hearin' things that touched my soul,
From "Yesterday" to Nat King Cole.

Chills, emotions, shedding tears,
Songs of love flow in my ears,
Lyrics written by my peers,
All through ever quickening years.

Guitar, sitar, ukulele,
Johnny Cash to Pearl Mae Bailey,
Singin' in a higher key,
Symphony 9 by Ludwig B.

Pink Floyd, Yellow Submarine,
Blue Oyster Cult, Green Day, Queen.

The notes become a million feelings,
Colors dancin' on the ceiling,
Tiny hammers strike my brain,
Gently driving me insane.

The madness of a better kind,
To totally seduce my mind,
And make me see exquisite scenes,
On the threshold of my dreams.

Hearing that precise clear sound,
When two notes meet, together bound,
And make a simple symphony,
We call the miracle, harmony.
