Breanna was blessed with $4oo.oo in donations yesterday!
I want to thank Stan and Dee-Dee for their generous donation, and the others who showed their love by unselfishly contributing toward Bre-Bre's health costs!
After I sang "Oh, Holy Night" at church, on Christmas evening, Breanna was the first to come over and say, "Good job, Babaw," and when I sang with the "Praise Band" last Sunday, she met me as I walked down the steps from the stage, hugged me, and said, "Good job, Babaw," again.
That's Breanna, with her happy, positive attitude that makes everyone adore her, and admire her strength and courage.
When she is having her breathing treatments, with the plastic mask over her mouth and nose, or in the vest that shakes her to loosen the mucus in her lungs, and makes her sound like she's talking into a fan, or making another one of her endless visits to the hospital or doctor, she is generally in good spirits, and never fails to make us laugh by her witty, and thoughtful comments.
Between Breanna and her big sister Brooklin, who is autistic, we are constantly entertained and amazed by their bits of wisdom and pure honesty that their mommy, Ashley, shares with her Facebook friends to everyone's delight!
I know that the goal of $5000.00 to help Breanna get the Eflow machine and medicine may seem hard to reach, but with all of us pulling together, and with God's help, we can do it!
We don't expect everyone to donate a large amount, as people have already done so generously, but whatever your heart suggests, according to your resources.
God bless all of you for showing your sweet love and compassion for little Breanna!
Matt, Ashley, and everyone with a connection to Bre-Bre is eternally thankful!
