What A Day For A Daydream
What a day for a daydream, with the bitter cold and snow permeating way down to the deepest recesses of our miserable souls, as well as fears of accidentally watching the endless news coverage of something that we already know the outcome of! (I think that sentence was a grammatical shipwreck, but you get the point.)
Let's forget about the "virus," and Miley Cyrus, to make room in our skulls to daydream about the sweet, relaxing, mellow, happy things that we have NOT enjoyed for so many moons.
1. Being part of a crowded mosh pit.
2. Having dinner with the WHOLE family.
3. Mud wrestlin'.
4. Attending an old time tent revival.
5. Sitting with 100,000 fans at a futball game.
6. Enjoying the annual "Black Friday" shopping phenomenon.
7. Joining the cool crowd at a "storm area 51" event.
8. Going to a popular movie, at the peak of public popularity.
9. Taking the subway at rush hour.
10. Volunteering for the "Running Of The Bulls" in Pamplona.
I hope you all feel better now. I'm sure you do, after reflecting on all the wonderful things we will soon enjoy again.
