A Poem For The Time!

I've been hiding from my neighbors,

Putting up resistance,

Acting like a hermit,

To keep my social distance.

Putting on my hazmat suit,

Throwing up a big fence,

Replacing all the door locks,

To keep my social distance.

If you wanna hug me,

I'm gonna be an old Grinch,

And keep you all six feet away,

To keep my social distance.

I had to do some shopping,

Bought T.P., bread and incense, 

Of course, I got it all on line,

To keep my social distance. 

If you wanna be a healthy horse,

Free from those oxy tents,

Practice social distancing,

Yes! Keep your social distance!!
