YOU'RE A GLUTTON FOR PUNISHMENT!

My Dad used that term all the time to rebuke stupid people (very often, ME) who would keep doing dumb things over and over, even though their moronic actions brought them pain and suffering.

That's the way I feel when I post stuff on Fazebook.

I'll work on my songs, videos, blog, and other nonsensical crap for hours and hours and days and weeks, with very little response from people.

Why? Why?

Well, I figured it out! My Dad was right all along! I AM"glutton for punishment!"

What else could be the answer to why I struggle my insignificant brain cells to their maximum limit to entertain my family and friends with so small a response from them? Hmmm?

Hi, my name is Danny, and I've been a glutton for punishment for 64 years.

Hi, Danny! ( From the group of GFP Anonymous members at the meeting.)

On the other hand, I DO get a kick out of making people smile a bit (even if it's only one or two victims, I mean friends), or tap their tippy toes to one of my ridiculously silly songs.

Then on the other hand (What do ya got 3 hands?) I also enjoy irritating cranky people who hate cheerful, happy, far out, low brow, booger based comedy and song! For instance...

Some of you are saying to yourselves in mock rage and frustration, "Danny Boy, why do you keep harping on this ALL the time, man! Give it a break! Just because you ALWAYS do your level best to "like" and make great comments on your friends and families posts on Fazebook, don't expect everyone to be as kind, nice and considerate as you!"

Okay, I've totally forgotten what I was talking about...uh...intermission...

I'm baaaack!

Glutton for punishment...yeah, that's it!

Anyway, what difference does it make? I'm still gonna post my bizarre, wacky, childish crapolla on Fazebook and YouTube until the "cows come home", or post the cows, until the bizarre, wacky, childish crapolla comes home! (That could be a bit messy.)

Just like my ultimate hero, Rush Limbaugh always says, "I was born for this job, and you were born to listen and learn!" ( Or something like that...I really don't know for sure.)

I just needed to revisit that age old question again, about why people, in general, hate everything I do, as a catharsis kind of thing...and it feels pretty good...pretty dang good!
